Terrace Cafe Banquet Information
Food and Beverage minimum purchases are required to reserve the Palm room. (minimums may vary depending on date and time of event)
The Palm Room accommodates 160 people, the Veranda Room accommodates 30 people.
A Room Rental fee of $500.00 will apply when minimums are not met to use the Palm room.
A minimum of 20 people is required to reserve the Veranda Room. The room may be reserved for less with a $100.00 room rental.
Deposits are required at the time of booking. They are as follows: Veranda Room (Upstairs) - $100.00, Palm Room (Downstairs) $500.00.
Cake cutting fee - $1.50 per person. Fee will be waived if party declines dessert included with Banquet menu.
Dance floor setup charge - $75.00, Wireless Microphone - $40.00, LCD Projector and Screen - $175.00, CD Player - $35.00, DVD and 37 inch Wall mounted TV $75.00 (available in Palm room only)
Corkage fees - 750ml $10.00 each bottle or 1.5L $20.00 each bottle.
You may have a maximum of 2 menu selections, however you are charged for the highest priced entree for both selections.
Final menu selections are due 21 days prior to function.
Guaranteed number of guests is due 72 hours prior to function.
Terrace Cafe does not allow food brought in by others to be served.
Hosted and No Hosted Bars can be arranged. If cocktail receipts do not total $350.00, then a $100.00 Bartender Fee will apply. No minimum for Beer and Wine service.
Events are booked for 4 hours; additional time may be arranged for $150.00 per hour. All events must conclude by Midnight.
White linens are included at no extra charge; other colors are available for an additional charge.
Terrace Cafe allows access to facilities no more than 1 hour prior to event start time. (Including DJ's, Florists and Bakers, etc.)
A fee of $750.00 will be charged for wedding ceremonies on the patio.
Volume limits on DJ's and bands will be enforced.
